By mixing and oxygenating the water, the HB10 Happet P121 aerator prevents dangerous hypoxia (suffocation) and the formation of anaerobic zones in the pool. It is particularly recommended in situations where increased water aeration is required: when raising eggs and fry, when the tank is densely stocked and when treated with certain medications (e.g. malachite green for the treatment of fish pox). It facilitates the maintenance of stable living conditions in young, biologically immature aquariums.
