Triops cancriformis Austria
The largest and oldest representative of the Tadpole Shrimp "Triops Cancriformis". With a length of up to 10 cm, it is a real giant among Tadpole Shrimp. These offspring come from a deposit in Austria (March Thaya Auen). Where she from Dr. Erich Eder were bred and sold. The Triops Cancriformis Austria tend to be light brown with black marbling. Their carapace is slightly narrower than the carapace of the Triops Cancriformis Germany. The life expectancy of this species is also very high. They like to manage an age of up to 4 months. Due to its origin, which is rather in the cooler area, you do not need any additional technology for breeding. Breeding success can already be achieved at 20°C, but the temperature should not rise above 25°C. Thus, the Triops Cancriformis is the perfect introduction to Tadpole Shrimp breeding.
Important information:
You will receive an egg-sand mixture with approx. 50 eggs, but there are usually more. We only breed ourselves and can therefore not offer an exact number of eggs. The size of the Triops eggs is comparable to grains of sand, so counting the eggs is almost impossible. We regularly take random samples for control, but our breeding also consists exclusively of our own approaches. So we can guarantee a high quality!
We stand for quality and want to share the joy of breeding Tadpole Shrimp with our product. This is a natural product that can sometimes go wrong. Do not hesitate to contact us, we are only satisfied if you breed successfully.
