Triops Cancriformis Majorca
As the name suggests, this rather rare Triops comes from Mallorca. The small Triops Cancriformis Mallorca is only about 6 cm tall. Its appearance is very similar to the Triops Cancriformis, but differs slightly in physique and greatly in genetic make-up. This triop forms two thorn-like heels at the end of the tail as it ages. Its shell turns dark black with age, while its body appears more reddish. He loves warmer temperatures of 22-26°C, which is why breeding is only recommended in warmer rooms in winter.
Important information:
You will receive an egg-sand mixture with approx. 50 eggs, but there are usually more. We only breed ourselves and can therefore not offer an exact number of eggs. The size of the Triops eggs is comparable to grains of sand, so counting the eggs is almost impossible. We regularly take random samples for control, but our breeding also consists exclusively of our own approaches. So we can guarantee a high quality!
